Getting Help
Help with a list subscription
There are two ways to get help with a specific Camarilla Mailing Lists.
Your first step should be to contact the moderator for the list with which you need help.
To contact the list moderator, you can send an email to: listname-owner@cammail.white-wolf.com
For example, to contact the moderator of the Coordinators list, send an email to: coordinators-owner@cammail.white-wolf.com.
If you’ve already tried contacting the list moderator and have gone without a response for 72 hours or more, you can contact the Master Moderator (CDPM Lists), Ben Rosenblum, at: cam DOT lists AT gmail DOT com.
Creating a new list
To discuss creation of a new OOC list, contact Ben directly at the above listed email address. This includes creation of domain lists.
For creation of IC lists, you need to get sanctioning from the appropriate level Storyteller. For a Regional list, you need your RST to sign off on it. For a National list, you need approval from the NST. For a global list, you need approval from the AMST Lists.
Becoming a list moderator
If you’re interested in becoming a list moderator at the global level, you can email Ben with your qualifications. There are a limited number of Global lists and only a certain level of staffing is required, but slots do open up occassionally as people step down from their positions, and your resume will be kept on file.
If you get no response…
The CDPM Lists handles a large volume of requests. An email filtering system is used to manage things, but sometimes things get misfiled. It’s been known to happen. If you don’t hear back in a few days, feel free to send a follow-up email; your original email was most probably just labeled incorrectly.
